Tiffin Food has a limited delivery area and offers a Delivery service within 3 miles radius from its Kitchen Post Codes B28 8JE & B11 1NP. If you are not in one of our delivery areas then our online ordering system will give you an option of Local Pickup/ Collection. So, if you are not interested in Local Pickup/ Collection option, then do not continue to place your order and remove your selected options from the Cart.


Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • PayPal
  • Credit / Charge cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted
  • Debit Cards, such as Delta or Switch are accepted

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.

In the event of Tiffin Food needs to issue a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 7-10 working days. Please note, the payment methods may vary at the time of refund.

A payment by a non-cash method (i.e. Credit or Debit Card) is required when ordering online for very first time with www.veggietiffin.co.uk. If you have an existing account setup with us then you will be able to pay by any method for your selected store.


All Tiffin Food orders will be accepted for next day delivery at Lunch & Dinner time, so we will not accept any order online for same day. For example, if you are order Tiffin Food for tomorrow Lunch or Dinner, then you should place your order today before 10 PM.

For same day order, you have to contact us by phone and we will give you the available food menu options for the day but you will not able to choose dishes for your own choice for same day orders.

Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.

If you will choose FlexTiffin Weekly Plan, in that case you have to consume all five days in Plan within 8 working days starting from the first delivery.

Amendments to the order or delivery time can be made no later than 2 hours prior to the start of the delivery window booked.

Amendments to the content of your order can be made up to 2 hours before the delivery window begins. Amends to the order must be made by phoning us or by sending us email. Your initial payment will be cancelled and a new payment raised.

The delivery time slot may be altered up to 2 hours before the start of your order window. The order can only be changed to a new time slot if it is available.

Orders may be cancelled in full up to 2 hours before the start of the delivery window selected. We will endeavour to issue a refund to your credit card account within 7-10 working days.

Cancellations within 2 hours of the start of the delivery window will be charged in full.


Extra charges will apply for all side orders and desserts and you can check these charges in cart before proceeding to checkout.

Although every care is taken, but food served may contain some of the 14 Allergens listed: Peanuts, Nuts, Cereals containing Gluten, Milk, Sesame, Soy/ Soya, Molluscs, Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites), Mustard, Celery, Lupin (EU common), Fish, Crustaceans & Eggs.. The Desserts sold by Tiffin Food may contain nut derivatives. If you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, please let us know ​immediately at the time of placing your order. Ingredients can occasionally be substituted or changed, so please review the allergy information​ provided. Every care is taken to avoid any cross contamination when processing an order.


Minimum order value applies for delivery. The minimum order value is £12. if your order will be below the minimum value, you will be notified as you will process your order from the cart.


Our goal is to provide the best Home Cooked Food to our customers and we always deliver food within in time provided for Lunch and Dinner meals. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.

Collection of orders will be arranged on request.


Tiffin Food produces food daily as per the published menu. The menu is subject to change at anytime without notice. The food produced has a shelf life of four hours from the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any food consumed on the next day. It is the customer’s responsibility to store the food after the delivery is made. We will not be responsible for any damage after the delivery has occurred.
